Getting to Happy: Seven Practical Steps to a Happier and More Contented Life

Explores the elusive goal of "happiness" and seven practical, simple steps to getting there. Provides practical guidance for the highly difficult task of implementing the simple steps. This is a light-hearted dialogue between speaker and audience on how to lighten up and enjoy life. The "seven steps" are simple truths already known but too often forgotten and buried in the crazy, information-clogged, media-overloaded, career- driven, spam-filled, activity-swamped world we create for ourselves. It focuses on ways to take your world and all its troubles head on and employ in that collision these simple steps to permit a more contented and optimal life experience.
