Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" Speech
This speech is one of the greatest speeches in US History
because of its structure, word selection, and message. Even
though many of the word choices are different today King's
use of metaphor and imagery reflect the needs of the time.
It was an opportunity that maybe only King could have the
necessary ethos to respond.
