Don't Dump it, Donate it!

As George Mason University students pack up to leave their residence halls for the summer, they have the opportunity to donate clean clothes in good condition, nonperishable and unopened food, and small appliances for local charities. Collections will take place from May 9 - 16.

• Volunteers are needed to meet recycling staff to pick up donated items at various locations on the Fairfax Campus. Items will be transported from those sites to a central location.

• Shifts last approximately 2 hours

• Please meet 15 minutes prior to your shift in the circle by the statue of George Mason in the Johnson Center Plaza (exception: volunteers for the May 13th, 7:30 AM shift should report directly to the Interstate truck)

• Faculty and Staff can utilize Volunteer Service Leave
