Office of Academic Outreach, College of Health and Human Services
The Office of Academic Outreach in the College of Health and Human Services provides adult educational services that support the continued professional development and competency of practicing health professionals. This is accomplished through collaborative relationships with expert health and instructional resources, both internal and external to the university. Sponsored activities are based on the interests and needs of individual learners and contracting organizations. On occasion, events are directed to the general community interested in specific health-related topics. Graduate and undergraduate credit courses and noncredit (continuing education units [CEU]-granting) activities are provided. The office welcomes the opportunity to partner with other offices and agencies, affiliated or not affiliated with the university, that have compatible interests and goals in support of continued professional development for health professionals.
