Conference and Meeting Room Reservation Services

The Office of Events Management (OEM) is the point of contact when planning a meeting, conference, or other activity at Mason. Each year, thousands of exciting activities occur on Mason’s three bustling campuses. OEM is proud to play a part in making these activities so successful.

OEM provides scheduling and event coordination services and manages traditional university events, conferences, community events, races, and so forth. Event managers are available to assist clients with every aspect of their activities, offering expert advice during the planning phase, coordinating logistical support, and providing professional on-site management. Space reservations for meetings, conferences, and other events are made through this office. Call 703-993-2853.

Events Management-Prince William Campus

Events Management-Prince William Campus works with clients to reserve appropriate meeting room, classroom, or auditorium space for such nonacademic events as conferences, meetings, staff training, and luncheons. Clients include businesses and organizations from the larger Prince William County/Northern Virginia area. Events Management works with clients to coordinate parking arrangements, audiovisual support, and catering as needed. Call 703-993-8425.
